Bicycle Life on Copenhagen Nørrebronx
Well, hello there This guy looking pretty happy, biking down Nørrebrogade. Is it because of listening to great music? Or the pure joy of the extraordinarily wide bicycle lanes on Nørrebrogade…
Oh, we’ve all been there: The slow guy passing you and placing himself in front of your speedier bike – when the traffic light is red. Then, when it turns green, you have to pass him again for the 1oth time… (O:

You've Got Heart
Today is the day of hearts, and we don't want to be left out. A quick serach for "heart" in our photo archives gave us these shots. Although every day is heart-y in Denmark when your coins are decked out with them:
Big ol' heart on Nørrebrogade, the world's busiest bicycle street.
Hearts under your bum.
Heart-shaped bell and condom from a Belgian campaign Velove from a few years back. "My bike loves me", it reads.
A lovely street in Barcelona.
And we couldn't forget this shot, now could we?
Have a love-filled day.

First Day Of Spring
I have been able to smell it for a few days, but today it was undeniable: Although still in its infancy, Spring is here. The surest sign is the sudden explosion of street life, especially at Nørrebro's favourite hangout place, Queen Louise's Bridge. As always the bicycle is there as an integral part of Copenhagen life.

Nocturnal Winter
When you only have 6 hours or so of daylight in the winter, it's not surprising that most of your shots are nocturnal.
Although the days where the winter sun chases the clouds away are regal and cherished like rare diamonds.

Off the Light
A cluster of Copenhageners move into motion just as the light changes on Nørrebrogade. Temperature was about -15 C today with the wind chill.
Lovin' the classic Copenhagen scarves.

Yellow Morning
I have a series of photographs taken on Nørrebrogade - the busiest bicycle street in the Western world - taken last week. All along the section running past Assistens Cemetary, burial place of Hans Christian Andersen, the Father of Existensialism Søren Kirkegaard and various American jazz musicians who here in the 60's when Copenhagen was the jazz capital of the planet. The light here is wonderful on summer mornings and the yellow wall a fine background.
For now, let's start with this photo. Quintessential Copenhagen. Doesn't get more CPH than this. For me, it sums up everything I love about this city and the people who inhabit it.
