Copenhagen Rides On

During the pandemic, Copenhageners could still go out, although most shops were closed. The bicycle was - as ever - an important tool for transport.

Cycling levels were down, because many people were working from home, but there was still impressive numbers of cyclists in the city.

Good Morning 2017!

Struggling to get out of bed on the first working day after New Year's Eve? This morning lots of Copenhagen cyclists seemed to have fought their way from bed side to street level. Still a few were striding out in style. Like this elegant Lady with her sleek curry coat, motor gloves and chic French PomPom ready to make 2017 another amazing year.

Cold Ready

Racing bicycle is her everyday transportation. Impressive hat keeps her head warm and it is a statement - "Winter Ready". Leather gloves helps to keep her hands in place - on the brakes. She is one of those fast cyclists. Waking up late, getting ready in a second... Her goal is to spend the least possible time on the way. You can see focus in her face. Nothing will disturb her. Not even us taking a photo of her. She is ready for the next ride. We hope to meet her again.

Double Dealing Days, Part II

No matter where you are going to and what you are doing. The streets of Copenhagen with cycling lines wide enough to fit two cyclists cycling together side by side gives you a possibility to share these beautiful everyday moments with your friends.

It is pretty ordinary in Copenhagen to see couples cycling from A-to-B. It is cheaper, faster, better and lets be honest - later you can use the money for a nice, romantic dinner together.

It starts with couples and continues with families...
