Zagreb Revisited
Off to Dubrovnik, Croatia today, to open the Monumental Motion photo exhibition featuring photographs about Copenhagen's bicycle culture. Here are some shots of Zagreb cycle chic from last year. At top, Tomas from the Danish Embassy on his dad's old vintage bike.

Cycle Chic Postcard - Zagreb
Tomislav works at the Danish Embassy and he deftly and elegantly led me around the city when I was there for to give my Bicycle Culture by Design talk and open my Monumental Motion photo exhibition. The bike belonged to his grandfather and was so cool it was painful. Suits the man, though, doesn't it?
A bicycle made for two.
Balkan cool.
A young Zagreb-ian ... uh... Zagrebite... um... Zagreber... uh... citizen of Zagreb out for a spin.
Unfortunately, I found myself in a car at one point. Fortunately, I only spend about 15 hours a year in automobiles.
It's scientifically proven... bicycles make you want to kiss more.
Or just flirt.

Croatia Cycle Chic
Our ever intrepid Cycle Chic correspondant Raquel, from the frightfully groovy Spanish fashion blog Gratis Total, was on holiday in Croatia this year. She sent us these shots to allow us, once again, to underline the fact that Cycle Chic is going global, as well as just riding a regular bicycle in normal clothes.
The photo above, at left, is taken in Hvar. The one on the right in Split.
This casual chap was seen in Hvar.
We're loving the plastic bag on the seat. A Copenhagen classic. As seen in Mali Ston.
Thanks for the current update, Raquel!
