It's a given, in almost any culture, the more people are out and about, the more likely you are to run into someone you know. A friend, an ex-lover, a colleague, a favorite teacher. Chance encounters. Little surprises that put an extra push in that peddle.
It would be interesting to find out just how much these surprise meetings increase in liveable walkable bikeable cities. Sounds like some good number crunching to keep us busy at copenhagenize.com. Until then, photos of those unanticipated, hopefully delightful, meet ups...
