Biking is a great way to improve your balance. The streets are full of street wise ballerinas balancing their body and bike in perfect harmony.
Balancing on your bike gives you a wonderful sensation like skating or snowboarding. You feel like the perfect extension of your mobile - or vice versa. Can be very practical too!
Mounting her cycle while holding both her mobile and her bag and telling off her lazy boy friend - talk about multitasking!
Practising for tight rope walking?

ReplyDelete. . . on a bicycle. I agree with the general tenor of this post, but balance is activity specific. That's why you have to learn to bicycle even though you've already learned to walk.
And will have to learn all over again if you take up walking or cycling on a tight rope.
