    Spotted an article in the WSJ (Wall Street Journal), today, on BICYCLE helmets, and wonder of wonders it is worth a read, as it QUANTIFIES the reaction: how man more people wear helmets, how many more lives are saved and HOW MANY STOP RIDING!
