Does it ever rain in Copenhagen (or Helsinki)? Pictures show beautiful people in beautiful, lambent light - socially warm, even when it's obviously cold. Never any rain. Where are the pictures of brave Copenhageners in stylish wet weather gear, dripping wet, but looking lovely?
