If Motion is your theme, surely you should also be mentioning the *Twister* ad on the bus shelter in the background! :D
Oddly enough the first thing I noticed was the frame as well. I've got one that is much the same, only it has a mountain bike type fork and it's blue Mother of Toilet Seat. I've been thinking about scrounging a tapered fork from somewhere and spraying the whole thing red; so now I know what how nice that would look.
Mine is made by Kent (as the one in the picture might well be) and I got it at . . . wait for it, wait for it - Walmart.

I love the swoosh of the bike frame. It's a very nice model. Any idea of the brand?
