  1. in our country its called "BECAK" our traditional transportation but now it just a memory, especially in a big city.

it replaced by a "BAJAJ" originally from India. A noisy & polluted common transportation.

  3. we are starting to see more cargo bikes in the city now... especially with the traffic restrictions of the G20 this upcoming week, the bicycle is the best way to get around town...

  4. Coming to CPH and going to make a decision on a cargo for Los Angeles. Bullit from Larry vs Harry, Christiania cargo top the list. Have seen most of the others as well, but any others people recommend to test ride? Mostly to get my dog around, maybe my wife (!) and if we ever have a child.

  6. I cycle regularly in London but I have never seen a cargo bike here. In fact, if it weren't for this blog I probably wouldn't kow what they are called! Yesterday, during a 30 minute commute to work I saw not one but two cargo bikes. Finally a cycle revolution in London?!

On a slightly different note, will you be covering the opening of the first two cycle superhighways in London in July?

Absolutely love this blog, keep up the good work!

  7. Cargo Trikes are nice, but a trailer will carry more and is easier to store - try carrying a Bakfiets up a flight of stairs...
