I'm directing an advert for the
Danish bike brand Biomega at the moment and during the shooting I'm firing off stills, bien sûr. Here's one that I'm particuarly fond of. Our actress riding along in the winter sunshine. Another form of transport heading in the other direction.
Quite clear to me which transport form I prefer.
It was a frigid day. Sunshine and -3 degrees. With the wind chill we we hovering around -15 degrees. The bicycles roll on.
A variation on your preferred form of transport... I was on my morning walk and saw a guy riding to work on a Unicycle!! Oh how I wish I had my camera to capture it for CCC. The only problem was he was all lycra-d up so he wouldn't qualify. Still a brilliant moment to see though!
ReplyDeleteHm... is anyone else wondering what kind of a job one would have that he would wear lycra (probably spandex?) too? Not that I'd be applying or anything... :) Just curious. :)
ReplyDeleteAlso Mikael, do y'all use Centigrade or Fahrenheit? I've been in -F* and can't even imagine biking in it, especially with wind chill added on from riding!
Hey Ginny, there's only three countries left on the planet that don't use Celcius... :-) so you can generally count on Celcius on non-US blogs.
ReplyDeletecheers

I promise if I see him again, I will try to find out more about him or at least snap a pic.
ReplyDeleteHe was riding to the city so I'm guessing an office job? A guy who sits behind a desk and has a quirky unicycle-riding personality perhaps.
