January 2010 has strolled by, and fact is that it has been the coldest month here in 23 years.
Not a bit less chic though.

    Ironically, we have just had the warmest January since records have been kept in NW Washington, U.S. I suspect a direct relationship in the Arctic Oscillation. Our Frisias are blossoming.
