    Where is the bicycle helmet ? In CA, you must wear a helmet. Its the law.

    there are no helmet laws for adults in california. only for under 18s.

    the minute there is a mandatory helmet law in sf is the minute i'll be packed up and on my way to copenhagen or amsterdam to find freedom from helmet persecution. maybe i will be granted asylum as a nanny state refugee. helmet hysteria sucks!
