Not a very creative title, I know ;-)
One thing that often strikes me when riding through our city: It really looks like what you see on this blog. It would be easy for a forreigner to think that the "real Copenhagen" is probably a completely different thing, but really: This is how it is. Yes, off course some filtering takes place, but I am confident that any reader of CCC would totally recognize the scenery, if he or she took a ride through town.
Truly, I was amazed after my trip to Copenhagen how much it really looked like your beautiful photos...
ReplyDeleteI've followed your blog for a month or so now. I mentioned it on my Facebook page recently and a friend of mine from Prague verified that, yes, Copenhagen looks like this and so many other cities in Europe are starting to do the same, as well. Thankfully, Portland (where I live) is in its infancy with a bright future ahead. I'm looking forward to doing the same sort of bicycle-watching here!
ReplyDeleteOne of the reasons you can tell these biking photos are not staged or fake is by looking in the background. You take some lovely pictures, but one of the things that always surprises me is how many bikes are in the background, completely uninvolved with the main subject of the picture. This isn't the case in every picture, but if you take a look it will strike you how often there are other cyclists off in the distance in your pictures.
ReplyDeleteThis girl has small black penis.
ReplyDeleteI do recognize it everyday. Everything on CCC is so true!
ReplyDeleteI live in Copenhagen, so this blog is about as interesting as looking out of my window. However, I still keep looking through the pictures like I have never seen this sort of thing before.
ReplyDeletePlease please please fix the RSS feed to show pix in it. Please?
ReplyDeleteI really enjoy your photos and will visit Copenhagen soon.
ReplyDeleteWHEN will we see this type of stylish urban cyclists in this part of Canada??
