Things in the back are awfully out of focus, but I'd hazard a guess, with about 90% certainty, that that is Taiwan. Definitely not Japan, because Japan wouldn't have so many Chinese characters (it has three alphabets, of which Chinese characters comprise the smallest portion). Japanese brands, including Hello Kitty, are much more popular in Taiwan than in mainland China. Plus, the fashion looks much more mainland than Taiwan.
A happy Hong Kong girl! The "Traditional" Chinese characters in the background are commonly used in Hong Kong, Taiwan or Malaysia. But the name of the dishes sounds like Cantonese used in Hong Kong.
