I noticed most bicycle riders do not have helmets on. Does it mean wearing helmet is not fashionable? -curious
Sorry. All riders in your photos do not wear helmets. Does helmet make a well dressed person looks not fashionable?? - bystander
Think your find that due to the wide cycle lanes and general culture of the place, helmets are required as the safety measure that they are else where. - jealous
