By popular demand we thought we'd whip up another screensaver. We do like the graphic arts, and we thought it fitting to include historic bike posters featuring the ancestral cyclists that inspired Copenhagen Cycle Chic.
Back in the day it was the impeccably stylish French and Italians who had the last word on chic posters advocating bike brands and usage. What a splendid array of vintage girls on bikes.
The screensaver is 1024x768.
neat, but terribly low resolution... do you have the original vintages in high-res somewhere? I would like to use those as a slideshow screensaver...

ReplyDeletevery cool, but i guess in the US we'd call this a 'Desktop Background' or 'Wallpaper' - not a 'screensaver'.

the resolution issue is a problem when we try to resize the image so it'll fill a screen. I agree with others that a higher resolution image would be fantastic, as would a slide show option. I'm telling everyone I know about your site. Rock on women on bikes. Thanks!
