We were down by the harbour playing petanque with some friends and colleagues, after which we had a curry down the road.
Here, in the middle of a Nordic winter, images like these serve a noble cause. The shortest day of the year is behind us. There are three extra minutes of light each day in Copenhagen.
Summer is slowly, surely returning.
Definitely, it is.
ReplyDeleteThis winter is not being too cold, is it?
the winter is dry, boring and hovering around 2-5 degrees. although snow is forecast the next couple of days, which is cool.
ReplyDeleteI see... i'm monitoring the temperatures with an applet and surprisingly it's being warmer than I expected...
ReplyDeleteEven in Stockholm this year is not as tough as the past winters... so Copenhagen seems to be a good choice even in winter.
Btw, I have a picture for you. I'll send you later tonight.
Rgds,
Sam.
Skirt, heels and a "gents" bicycle that is obviously too big for her. That can't be right.
ReplyDeleteCopenhagen winters are much like winter in Vancouver or Seattle.
ReplyDeleteLooking forward to your photo.
I like the contrast between heels and skirt and a gents bike. Works for her. Another photo posted last summer...
