I recieved a mail from a visitor to the site who asked if I had any photos of a dog in a bike basket. They remembered seeing this a few times while on a visit to Copenhagen a few years ago.
Here's the one I have. Typical Copenhagen animal transport option.

have you seen any dogs running along people on bikes? we have a few of those here-- some on leash, some off. most of them are breeds too big for a basket :)
p.s. i went biking tonight in a skirt and boots. people definitely notice the boots (a patent reddish mauve).
